 Affordable housing Obsession

At ETX Affordable Homes we are absolutely obsessed with affordable housing. My name is Ty Ottaberry I am the owner of ETX Affordable Homes, I've spent the last 7+ years developing some of the most affordable ways to create a home and increase the value of real estate/property . My team and I have developed this site to help guide you through that process, whether it be a cabin, site built barndo, house kit or value adds like storage and shops for personal or investment property.

Its my goal to make everything as realistic as possible on this site because that is how I operate my business, I never operate behind smoke & mirrors,  when you deal with me you will always get the truth.

WHAT SETS UP APART ?

We specialize in creative financing, infinite connections in the finance industry,  this allows us to stand out from the crowed & get more deals done

We focus on much more than just creating a payday. We go to exponential lengths to bring value to our community and benefit everyone involved

Obsessed with affordable housing, financial literacy, investing in real estate, 3 things combined bring infinite value within my day to day business at ETX Affordable Homes

Like most, we also do not like sales people, we work very hard to bring true value.
